Evergreen AI for Confluence is built and supported by an independent developer. The commitments below are deliberately realistic for a single-developer vendor.
Getting help
- Contact: andrewmleroux@gmail.com (also linked on the Marketplace listing).
- Acknowledgement: support requests are acknowledged within two business days; most are answered the same day.
- Bug fixes ship as soon as they are verified. The app’s CI gates — badge eligibility, scope freeze, and evaluation regression — run on every release.
Security reports
Security reports are prioritized ahead of all other work. Coordinated disclosure is welcome at the same address — please include [SECURITY] in the subject line. See the Security & data handling page for more.
Availability
Evergreen AI runs entirely on Atlassian’s Forge platform — compute, storage, and AI inference are all Atlassian-hosted, with no vendor-operated infrastructure. Availability therefore follows the Atlassian Cloud platform itself; there is no separate vendor uptime dependency, and no vendor outage can take the app down independently of Confluence.
Your data
All app data lives in Atlassian-hosted storage with inherited data residency. The app makes no external network calls of any kind.
